CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Police in Charlotte are looking for a man who cut off his electronic monitor Thursday near uptown.

Bradley Lonneville, 20, was ordered to wear the monitoring device by Charlotte-Mecklenburg police on February 13 but got rid of it near uptown.

He is the fourth person to cut off his or her device thus far this year, according to the department.  The police force is monitoring 387 offenders.

Lonneville is wanted for felony breaking and entering, possession of burglary tools and interfering with the monitoring device.
