ROCK HILL, S.C. -- A man tried to rob a Rock Hill bank on Friday afternoon.
The TD Bank in the 300 block of East Main Street around 3 p.m. Rock Hill police and a K-9 unit are on the scene conducting an investigation in the bank and near the property.
Police said a man walked into the bank and demanded money from a teller. The teller refused to give the man the money.
Police said the suspect did not show a weapon, but ran out after the teller refused to hand over any money.
The suspect is described as a black man about 5'10" with a medium build and was last seen wearing a red t-shirt and grey hoodie.
No word yet if anyone was hurt during the robbery.
