CHESTER, S.C. – According to Police a Chester teenager was shot in the head Sunday night after trying to rob someone.
The incident happened near Cradle and Bratton Streets around 9 p.m. on Sunday. The 17-year-old told authorities he was trying to rob someone when he was shot in the head.
The teen was able to communicate with paramedics. Reportedly, he was treated and released from the hospital.
Major Mitchel with the Chester County Sheriff’s Office says the teen is refusing to cooperate with police.
The incident remains under investigation.
