SALISBURY, N.C. – The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office along with the SBI is investigating a methamphetamine lab in Rowan County.
On Saturday authorities were called to investigate a disturbance at 965 Ed Weaver Road. According to law enforcement, as deputies approached the mobile home they smelled a heavy odor of chemical fumes associated with meth labs.
One person took off running from the scene. After a short foot chase, deputies arrested 30-year-old Clint Brown. Investigators also found 26-year-old Sean Belk inside the mobile home.
Both Brown and Belk are facing multiple charges. Their bonds were set at $500,000 each.
Authorities tell NewsChannel 36 they’re looking for a third suspect, 23-year-old Brandi McInnis.
Law enforcement believes McInnis was involved in getting some of the chemicals needed to make the methamphetamine. Warrants have been issued for her arrest.
