MONROE, N.C. -- A woman faces criminal charges for allegedly getting on to a Union County school bus and refusing to leave.
It happened last Wednesday on Icemorlee Street in Monroe.
According to the police report, 33-year-old Nicole Wallace walked on the bus and refused to exit after the driver told her to several times. The bus monitor, who was also on board at the time, said Wallace appeared visibly upset was repeatedly cursing.
Wallace left the bus a short time later.
She is charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing.
The Monroe Police Department says investigators know of no relationship the woman had with anyone on the bus.
