Amber Alert for missing NC toddler canceled

An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing toddler in Robeson County, N.C.

RED SPRINGS, N.C. – An Amber Alert for a missing NC toddler has been canceled, according to officials.

According to the North Carolina Department of Safety, 21-month-old Colvin W Zavier was last seen at the Westgate Terrace Apartments in Red Springs. His alleged abductor is driving a black four-door sedan, according to police. 

Authorities believe that the child was abducted by 20-year-old Sabrina Danielle Locklear. Locklear is described as Native American, approximately 5-foot-9, weighing 160 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white shirt, black or brown knee-high boots and a black or brown jacket. 

Zavier is a black male, approximately two feet tall and weighs 30 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. 

Anyone with information about Zavier’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately or the Red Springs Police Department at 910-843-3454.
