CMPD investigating robbery at south Charlotte Jimmy John's

Two suspects are on the loose after police said they robbed a south Charlotte Jimmy John's at gunpoint.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police are investigating after a Jimmy John’s in south Charlotte was robbed Wednesday. 

According to CMPD, officers responded to a reported armed robbery at the Jimmy John’s restaurant in the 4500 block of Park Road around 4:15 p.m. When police arrived, witnesses said two suspects robbed the store and ran in an unknown direction. 

No one was injured during the incident, according to CMPD. Investigators have not released any suspect information or made any arrests in the case.
