CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Police are looking for several people who brutally attacked a 13-year-old boy in SouthEnd.
That boy was attacked around 7 p.m. in a busy block of South Boulevard Tuesday night.
"He was walking down the street and got jumped for no reason," neighbor Ethan Nourse said. "It wasn’t even that late; it was dinner time. That’s usually when we’re getting home from the train, so, it's pretty scary."
The boy ran in to an apartment complex for help, suffering from bruises and broken bones.
Police still don’t know what prompted the attack.
If you have any information about who might be responsible, you're asked to call Crime Stoppers or CMPD.
