CHARLOTTE, N.C. – NewsChannel 36 and The Charlotte Observer are teaming up to bring you weekly video chats leading up to the Democratic National Convention.
On Thursday afternoon NewsChannel 36 reporter Dianne Gallagher and colleague Caleb Troop joined The Charlotte Observer politics reporter Jim Morrill and colleague Tim Funk to discuss the latest news this week surrounding the DNC—security, traffic, speaker selections, and more. NPR's John O'Connor took part as well to give his insights into the upcoming RNC in Tampa.
