CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte businesses are serving up some fun in time for the convention—DNC beer.

Amie Aussieker owns FABO, an Internet café, and sells the specially labeled brew.

“It’s a beer.  Nice cold summer ale, it’s very fun. I love it, I think it’s clever. I think any business who has found a way to tap into the DNC is very smart,” Aussieker said.

At Mellow Mushroom, they've tapped into another way to get on the convention bandwagon.  Every beer on tap is a Tarheel brew.

For a sweet treat, Tizzerts at the Park Road Shopping Center near SouthPark has red, white and blueberry cupcakes.

And at Boulevard on South End there are presidential marshmallows.  They are so popular that store owners worry they won't have enough.

“They love it,” owner Carmen Ellis said.  “Honestly were kind of nervous were selling out.”
