CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- One person suffered minor injuries after a tractor-trailer overturned on an I-85 ramp early Tuesday morning.
The ramp from I-85 southbound to I-77 southbound in north Charlotte was briefly closed as crews worked to clean up after a tractor-trailer overturned around 2:30 a.m.
The North Carolina Highway Patrol told NBC Charlotte the truck driver took the curve in the ramp too fast, causing the accident. The truck was carrying scrap metal.
