Another reason to have a cup of joe in the morning: A new study shows drinking coffee can reduce your risk of oral cancer.
The American Cancer Society tracked the diet and health of almost a million men and women.
After adjusting for smoking, alcohol, and other factors, the risk of death from oral cancer was 26 percent lower if they drank one cup of coffee a day.
And even lower the more cups they drank.
Only "caffeinated coffee reduced oral cancer risk. Researchers found no such association among decaf or tea drinkers.
