CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A student could be in big trouble after a teacher at Independence High School claimed a "rear end enhancer" was put in her coffee cup.
The teacher, 61-year-old Ellen Vick, told police that the student poured something into her coffee cup last Friday morning and investigators said it was "GluteBoost," which is a supplement that claims to make your backside bigger.
Vick is listed as a CTE Family & Consumer teacher at the school.
One month's supply with of GluteBoost sells for $50 on the company's website. The pills use "natural supplements that will enhance your butt size, shred fat from unwanted areas and improve your overall health," according to GluteBoost.com
Ingredients in the product include soy extract, dandelion, watercress extract, rose hips, saw palmetto and maca root, among others.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are still investigating and there have not been any arrests.
