ROCK HILL, S.C. -- Weeks after a Fort Mill man was convicted of exposing himself at a gas station, he was arrested again for a similar crime.
Police said that Gregg Lamont Millner, 32, was arrested after they received complaints from store employees about a man inside two area stores fondling himself.
"It makes me sick. It makes me nauseous," said Melissa English, a customer of one of the stores where the incident took place, although she was not at the store when the alleged incident happened.
The stores, Lebo's and It's Fashion Metro are located in the market shopping center on Cherry Road in Rock Hill.
Witnesses told NBC Charlotte that at Lebo’s the suspect was walking around the store in a long black coat and "touching himself" and at the It's Fashion Metro police said the man was standing by the front of the store near the cash registers with his pants down around his ankles when they arrived and arrested him.
Most troubling for customers is news that the suspect was on the streets just weeks after he plead guilty to a charge of indecent exposure in 2011. He was sentenced to three years in prison but that sentence was reduced to two years probation by a York County judge on December 21.
Millner is now in jail on a $200,000 bond on two charges of indecent exposure.
"He (the judge) didn't do the right thing. That’s how I feel about it...He should be in jail for a long time, because you've got to worry about kids. It's terrible," said shopper and Rock Hill resident Dawn Clark.
