LOS ANGELES (AP) -- L-A prosecutors want Lindsay Lohan's probation yanked. She's now facing three new misdemeanor charges. Lohan is to be arraigned today and prosecutors are asking the judge to revoke her probation. Lohan isn't required to attend the hearing. She is charged with lying to police, reckless driving and obstructing a police officer. The charges stem from an accident in June when her Porsche slammed into the back of a dump truck. She's on probation for a 2011 theft case. Lohan faces up to 245 days in jail if a judge rules she violated probation.
