CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A 21-year-old with a long and violent arrest history is once again on the run.
This time, Antwan Smith is wanted on sexual battery charges.
Smith has been in and out of jail for years, charged in connection with shootings and robberies. A month ago, Smith was arrested for resisting an officer.
He is 5-feet-9, 200 pounds.
Police believe he may be hiding in area parks, the transit center or homeless shelters.
