CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Violent Criminal Apprehension Team is searching for a man who they say is so dangerous they're worried about what he could do if they don't find him.
Rodrick Smith, 25, violated his probation last month.
Police say he has a history of arrests for bomb threats, assaults and involvement in fires.
Smith is 5-feet-9, 170 pounds. Police believe he may be hiding in Rock Hill or west Charlotte.
