CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- He has one of the longest arrest histories police say they can remember, and they're not surprised Terrance Luckey didn't bother to show up for his latest court appearance because the courts are trying to put him away for a long time as a habitual felon.
Police say Luckey has a long history of drug and driving violations.
Police believe the 6-foot, 250-pound, 28-year-old might be hiding out in the Five Point area.
