CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A man accused of attacking a woman in an abandoned house turned himself to authorities after seeing Fugitive Files.
Police say John Mitchell called the Violent Criminal Apprehension Team and turned himself in after he saw himself on the news Monday.
Mitchell allegedly raped and strangled a woman he knows in an abandoned house.
