CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Police say Tony Knox has turned himself into authorities.
Police were looking for Knox because he allegedly got into an argument with a man, pulled a gun, shot the man and took off in a Black Cadillac.
Police found the car, but not Knox.
Knox is 5-feet-9, 185 pounds. Police believe he is in east Charlotte -- around the Mint Hill, Albemarle or Harrisburg Road areas.
Police say Knox has a long history of arrests for assault.
