CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Violent Criminal Apprehension Team needs your help finding 39-year-old Roman Miller. He's been in and out of jail for 20 years, but this time, police say, he needs to go away for good.
Miller is charged with running his girlfriend over, pinning her between two cars. She was hurt so badly, she may lose her legs.
Roman Miller is 5-feet-11, 180 pounds. He is charged with assault and hit and run.
Investigators believe he may be hiding in Gastonia or the Independence Boulevard area, and he may be driving a green, 2000 Nissan Altima with North Carolina license plate YSE-3461.
