CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A local woman sent an email to NBC Charlotte asking for help to get her $417 back from an appraisal on her home.

The home refinance was denied, but Rebecca Neeley said she was having trouble getting her money back from Wells Fargo Bank.

After several emails and plenty of dissatisfaction, Rebecca decided to “Get McGinty” to help her straighten out the refund situation. The NBC Charlotte I-Team reached out to Wells Fargo and received this prompt reply to Rebecca’s situation.

Wells Fargo wrote:

“We apologize for any inconvenience for the customer, but as soon as this was brought to our attention, our team started the process to credit her for the cost of the appraisal.”

At last check, Rebecca received her money and bought a dog.
