Changes to health insurance policies are causing controversy for some CVS employees.

The drug store chain is asking those who use its health plan to submit their weight, body fat and other vitals, or be fined $50 each month.

Health screenings are voluntary, and bosses would never see the information.

The company says it’s a way of making employees more responsible for their health and managing costs.
