A breakthrough technique is now being use by local responders and cardiologists at Carolinas Medical Center to save heart attack patients. It's called "Code Cool" and it involves induced hypothermia.

The method is becoming popular across the country. Paul Adler describes how it saved a woman's life in Missouri.
