MONROE, N.C. – The Union County Health Department has scheduled two flu shot clinics for October.
The clinics are scheduled for Thursday, October 14 and Tuesday, October 26 from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m.
The clinics are open to anyone over 18-years-old and will be held at the Health Department, at 1224 W. Roosevelt Boulevard. Children must have an appointment for a flu shot, appointments can be made by calling 704-296-4800.
The Health Department will accept BlueCross BlueShield, Medicaid and Medicare insurance. The shot will cost $25 for those who do not have health insurance.
