There’s a new procedure helping asthma patients catch their breath.
It's a surgery called "Bronchial Thermoplasty". It uses radio frequency heat applied to the muscles in the lung's bronchial passages.
It's done in three different procedures and eliminates unnecessary muscles that trigger asthma attacks.
It's not a miracle cure, but it does help patients better control flare-ups.
