Sunday is the biggest game in football and if you plan to party for the Super Bowl, use these tips to avoid getting sacked with too many calories!

Eat before you party. Experts recommend having a healthy snack before-hand so you will be less likely to overeat.

Exercise before you party.
Kick-off isn't until the 6:30 ET, so you have plenty of time to work out.

Use moderation
. Passing on the chicken wings, pizza, salty snacks or other treats can be tough. Just remember moderation is key. Nutrition experts suggest you put a few of those treats on your plate and then fill the rest with fruits, veggies and whole grains.

Don’t chow down.
Eat slowly and if you go back for seconds, reach for the fruits and veggies.

Go low-cal. Low calorie dips are a good option. Dip with veggies instead of chips to save even more calories.

Hydrate. If you drink alcohol, reach for low calorie options such as light beer, and drink water between beverages. Keep in mind alcohol lowers your blood sugar, which can leave you hungry, and more likely to overeat.
