CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- One person has been taken to the hospital following an incident that required a physical rescue on Friday afternoon.
The Charlotte Fire Department responded to the scene of the accident in the 1200 block of Westinghouse Boulevard right at 2:30.
It took 10 minutes for firemen to physically rescue one person.
NBC Charlotte's crew on the scene says a man's hand became lodged in a machine and required a assistance to be freed.
MEDIC tells NBC Charlotte the victim has been taken to the hospital with injuries they described as being potentially-life threatening.
