2 flown to CMC Main after crash in Lancaster County

LANCASTER COUNTY, S.C. -- Two people were flown to area hospitals by helicopter following a two-vehicle crash south of Fort Mill on Thursday evening.

South Carolina Highway Patrol says the crash involved a disabled box truck and a Honda on US 521, about three miles south of Fort Mill around 7:30. The details of the crash were not released.

The driver of the Honda, 68-year-old Bruce Libke, of Indian Land, who authorities say was wearing a seat belt, was taken to CMC Main by air.

His passenger, who's identity is not known, was also flown to CMC Main.

The extent of their injuries is not known.
