CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A multi-vehicle wreck brought traffic to a standstill in south Charlotte on Friday morning.
Emergency crews responded to a four-car wreck on Interstate 77 southbound at Arrowood Road around 6:15 a.m.
The left two lanes were blocked for about 45 minutes before being reopened just after 7 a.m.
One person was transported to a nearby hospital due to the wreck. It's unclear what caused the crash.
