 These free events take place in the Charlotte area from Monday, July 8th, 2013, through Sunday, July 14th. Some highlights are a Bastille Day Celebration, a celebration of 19th century music, free Slurpees, free chicken (if you dress like a cow) and a whole lot of free outdoor movies and concerts.
