Dogtopia of Charlotte Host Annual Charity Dog Wash to Support Local K9 Support Units
What: Local canines getting pampered to benefit the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department K-9 Unit. The event will feature a microchip clinic, a mobile vaccine clinic, luau-themed pet portraits and several animal-friendly vendors. Nail trims and doggie massages will be offered, as well as raffle tickets for the chance to win a grand prize. All proceeds will go towards the purchase GPS units and collars so officers can easily track their dogs over long distances.
Where/When: 616 Springbrook Road, Charlotte, NC on July 16, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
