CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Better Business Bureau has red-flagged a Charlotte-based online study program called Nation High School.

The program claims to help people earn a GED, but the BBB says 29 people have complained about not receiving their diplomas after completing the program and paying the fees.

Students also say they haven't been able to get their money back.

The BBB gives Nation High School an "F" rating because it hasn't responded to most of the complaints.
