ASHEVILLE, N.C. -- Reverend Billy Graham was released from the hospital following a two-day stay for pulmonary-related tests and observation.
The 95-year-old was taken to Mission Hospital on Tuesday for respiratory problems, but returned home to Montreat Thursday.
“Mr. Graham was alert and in good spirits during his stay,” said William R. Hathaway, MD, Chief Medical Officer at Mission Hospital. “We are pleased with the results of Mr. Graham’s evaluation.”
Graham celebrated his 95th birthday earlier this month with a party at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville.
Graham was admitted to the same Asheville hospital last month for similar tests.
