CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- There are a lot of pictures of Charlotte's skyline, but according to the Charlotte Chamber, Larry Harwell's photo is the best.
Harwell won the Chamber's skyline photo contest. He took the picture on a clear summer night last July.
Harwell has been a professional photographer for more than 30 years.
Harwell said he climbed up to the 11th floor of a condo in Dilworth and took three separate pictures, then combined them into one.
Harwell won $500, and his picture is the official Chamber picture for one year.
