CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Former Charlotte Christian and Davidson standout, Steph Curry, was back on the hardwood in Charlotte Monday passing along his hoops skills.

The now Warrior guard was helping out some youth at his alma mater Charlotte Christian in his second annual Acceleration Camp.

Curry was there showing players the values that he learned in his time as a Knight.  He says it’s still hard to believe his name is actually attached to a camp like this.

He grew up going to his dad’s camps and also camps at Duke.

Curry even recalled getting a pair of shoes signed by former Blue Devil star Shane Battier.

He hopes to give campers that same positive experience.

“It’s really surreal. I’ve been blessed to make it where I have, to be able to come back and give back at these camps and give them what I know," Curry expressed, "Just to be able to hang out with them, I think the experience for them is the best part.”
