CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Democratic National Convention in Charlotte is now just 234 days away, and things continue to fall into place.

On Thursday, the host committee introduced its Director of Volunteer Operations, Courtney Counts.
She's the one who will recruit and train the dozens of volunteers who will be needed to pull things off.

“At this time we're really just looking for people who want to represent Charlotte.  We're still working on coming up with all the volunteer roles we need,” Counts said.  “But at this time we really want people who just want to show off the city and why they love it.”
