DWI suspect rams police car

GASTONIA, N.C. – Police say a man tried to use his car as a weapon to avoid being stopped for DWI.
Julio Cesar Mendoza, 28, allegedly ran his car into the front of an unmarked police car.
He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated as well as hit and run.
