CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Charlotte Fire Department responded to an early morning fire at a home in the Hidden Valley neighborhood on Monday.
The fire broke out around 5:45 a.m. in the 6400 block of Monteith Drive in northeast Charlotte.
It's unclear what caused the fire to start, and no one was hurt.
It took more than two dozen firefighters to knock down the blaze in about 20 minutes.
