CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A fuel leak from a tanker truck briefly shut down part of East 4th street on Tuesday morning.
Authorities closed the street between Kings Drive and Charlottetown Avenue around 10 a.m. to clean up the spill.
Officials said firefighters had the incident under control within an hour of the spill. Part of 4th Street was reopened Tuesday afternoon.
No injuries were reported during the incident.
