CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Twelve jurors have been seated in the Demeatrius Montgomery trial.
Lawyers also selected three alternates on Thursday.
The jury is made up of four Caucasian women, three Caucasian men, three African-American women, one African-American man and one Hispanic man.
Motions are expected to begin on Friday, with opening arguments on Tuesday.
Montgomery is accused of killing two Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Officers, Sean Clark and Jeff Shelton, at the Timber Hollow Apartment complex in 2007.
