CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Before Thursday’s qualifying race for the Bank of America 500, NASCAR driver Kyle Busch took time to dedicate a home to Habitat for Humanity.
Busch and his M&M race team helped build the east Charlotte home in May.
Thursday, they came out to see the final product for the family in need.
“It’s just overall been a great experience. We’ve had a lot of fun and great time being able to come out and do some work, but most importantly, see the happiness it brings the family, and of course the community,” Busch said.
Tagged with being the most unpopular driver in NASCAR, Busch says he has a soft spot for helping those in need.
