Lancaster shooting injures 2, witnesses remain mum

LANCASTER, S.C. -- The Lancaster Police are investigating a shooting that injured two people Saturday night.

According to authorities, the shooting happened at 530 Miller Street. When law enforcement arrived several people were carrying Fredrickeon Twitty, 18, to a vehicle. The teen was shot in the back several times.

Another victim was located inside the home on Miller Street. Montrez Clark, 22, was on the kitchen floor and had several gunshot wounds to his arm and thighs.

Both were transported to Springs memorial Hospital and later to Carolinas Medical Center.  According to investigators, Twitty was treated and released. Clark remains at CMC in fair condition.

Police say they received multiple calls in regards to the shooting, but no witnesses are willing to come forward with information.
