CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Forty-two middle school students were on board a CMS school bus when it was rear-ended by an SUV in North Charlotte.
EMS officials say no serious injuries were reported in the crash in the 1600 block of Mineral Springs Road on Wednesday afternoon.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools say the bus, coming from James Martin Middle School, is bus #1908.
Although the school bus is driveable, CMS is sending a substitute to take the kids home.
CMPD says it appears the school bus was rear-ended by an SUV.
