CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg police arrested one of two suspects in the killing of an east Charlotte restaurant employee during a robbery last Sunday.
Police charged Briley Belk IV, 31, with murder in the death of Edward Rosen at the Fast Wok on East W.T. Harris Boulevard.
Police said they are still searching for a second suspect who was the driver in the murder and robbery.
Belk and the second suspect were spotted leaving the restaurant in a burgundy Chrysler PT Cruiser.
