GREENSBORO, N.C. -- A Concord man accused of describing how to make explosives to bomb an abortion clinic is set to appear in court.
Justin Carl Moose of Concord is scheduled to appear in a Greensboro federal court Monday afternoon for a detention hearing. An FBI agent said in court documents last week that the 26-year-old was arrested after he collaborated with a confidential informant to help plan the bombing of a North Carolina abortion clinic.
The FBI affidavit says Moose posted detailed instructions on his Facebook page about how to make an explosive. He also indicated his support on the page for others who have killed abortion providers.
An attorney for Moose did not return a call seeking comment.
