MONROE, N.C. -- A Monroe business owner faces charges of raping and molesting a family member.

James Robinette, Jr. faces 80 counts of indecent liberties.

His wife turned him in and told NewsChannel 36 that the alleged sexual assaults started in 2009 and lasted nearly a year.

Robinette owns a printing and graphics company as well as a home furnishings store in Monroe.

His printing company name was on a pornographic flyer sent out to Monroe area businesses earlier this year, but police say he was a victim in that case and not a suspect.
