CLOVER, S.C. (AP) -- Prosecutors say no charges will be filed against a Clover man who shot and killed his brother last month.
The Herald of Rock Hill reported the prosecutors concluded that Teyler Fenske acted in self-defense when he shot his brother.
Deputies were called to a mobile home Dec. 13 and found 21-year-old Shaye Fenske dead.
Prosecutor Willy Thompson says Shaye Fenske had been drinking and became belligerent and cornered his brother in a bedroom.
Thompson says it appears Teyler Fenske would have been beaten if he had not fired the gun.
