One hurt in wreck on I-77

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- One person was seriously hurt in a multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 77 Friday afternoon.
The wreck took place around 1:45 p.m. on I-77 southbound near LaSalle Street north of uptown, and at least one vehicle was flipped in the wreck.
One person was transported to Carolinas Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, Medic said.
