CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Local convenience stores have been busy for days as customers line up for Powerball tickets.
The jackpot for Saturday’s drawing is $325 million. If just one ticket matches all six numbers and the winner chooses the "cash payout" option, they'll walk away with about $213 million.
We caught up with one local man who hopes he's holding the golden ticket and like others, he’s already mapped out how he’ll spend it.
“First I will buy my house up in the mountains like I want. Then maybe a house on the beach,” said Mike Metz.
The winning numbers are 22, 32, 37, 44, 50 and the powerball is 34.
